"When I called the Robert Ranew office I was transferred to Stephanie Sanford. I told her what my need was and she immediately told me what her plan was to investigate. Because it was late in the day she said should would try calling another agency but if unsuccessful reaching them she would call me the next day. Either way she would call me back that in a few minutes. She DID call back me back after 5 p.m. and said she would call me in the morning when she had all the answers.
